The image is a comment to the work of Max Ernst. 'The hat makes the man'.

It's not the hat that makes the woman, it's the woman that makes the hat. To carry three hats is a way to enlighten, that if a woman breaks the norms of society she's considered both as terrifying, comic and hopefully liberating.
